At Latch and Speak, we proudly serve families across Columbia and Blythewood, SC with expert, holistic support for infant and pediatric feeding and swallowing difficulties as well as early communication needs. Whether you are struggling with breastfeeding, bottle refusal, acceptance of solids, or early language development, we offer compassionate, evidence-based care right in the comfort of your home or virtually, when needed.
Led by a licensed speech-language pathologist and certified lactation counselor, our care model is designed to meet medically diverse needs, from NICU graduates and infants with complex medical histories to first-time parents navigating common challenges. Every service is delivered with clinical precision and heartfelt compassion.
We are also licensed in North Carolina and Virginia, and we proudly offer virtual consultations for families residing in those states.

Lactation Counseling
Prenatal and postpartum support tailored to your unique feeding goals, including breastfeeding, pumping, and combination feeding.
Infant & Pediatric Feeding Consults
Evidence-based assessment and strategies for feeding and swallowing concerns, oral motor difficulties, breastfeeding management, bottle feeding concerns, tongue/lip ties, and a variety of medically complex feeding needs.
Feeding Therapy
Focuses on helping infants and children develop safe, efficient, functional, and positive feeding skills. Therapy may address challenges such as difficulty latching, oral-motor delays, bottle refusal, swallowing, transitioning to solids, or stressful mealtimes.
Early Speech-Language Therapy
Support for infants and toddlers to develop communication skills through play-based, family-centered activities that nurture understanding and expression.
